New X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger says she and Tulisa clashed at first – admitting they took time to “warm” to each other.
Sources on the show insist they’re like “chalk and cheese” and will never be close friends.
The ex-Pussycat Dolls star, 34, admits: “It took her a second to warm to me, because we didn’t know each other.”
Nicole also risks falling out with her again after offering Tulisa advice – as Kelly Rowland did last year.
Despite the fact Tulisa has a successful solo career, Nicole offered to show her how to be confident on stage.
Nic said: “She’s used to being with two guys on stage. Now she’s solo which is great, and I’ve been through that.
“The one place I feel more comfortable than anywhere else is on stage. So I said ‘I’ll help you with that’.”

Speaking from Dubai during her Judges Houses stage of X Factor, Nicole also said she wants babies with her F1 driver love Lewis Hamilton.
“Down the line, I definitely want kids. Family is so important.
“But I have stuff to do first. A couple of world tours, albums, movies... save a couple of countries, then I’ll do it.”
Nicole also revealed she had been totally blown away by fellow judge Gary Barlow calling him a “Grade A human”.
She added: “I thought I was something special until this show. I thought fans were waving at me but they just knocked me aside to get pictures of Gary.
“He’ll be knighted. Absolutely, he’s going to be knighted.”
